The Air Care Alliance is a nationwide league of humanitarian flying organizations whose volunteer pilots are dedicated to community service.  Volunteer pilots perform public benefit flying for health care, patient transport, disaster relief, etc. Air Care Alliance listed groups may be able to provide free or low cost flights for medical evaluation and surgeries.
